Ernestine and her husband reside in the Logan neighborhood in Philadelphia, PA. As a senior citizen who suffers from diabetes, hypertension and is unable to walk on her own, Ernestine has had to contend with raccoons chewing through her roof which have constantly kept her up at night, escalating her blood pressure.
